In today’s competitive job market, many companies use sophisticated evaluation tools, such as psychometric tests, structured interviews, and situational exercises, often combined into an “assessment center.” These centers typically involve half- or full-day activities designed to assess various candidate competencies.

This workshop will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the assessment center process. You will gain insights into the methods and techniques commonly used, and experience interactive exercises that simulate competency-based questioning and typical group activities. By the end of the session, you will feel more confident and better prepared should you face an assessment center during your job search.
