About us

For 20 years, the EPFL Career Center has continuously evolved to meet the changing needs of its community. Renamed the Transversal Skills and Career Center (CCTC) in 2022, and then the Employability and Development Center (CED) in October 2025, it continues its mission of guidance with an expanded vision.

Staying true to its roots, the center remains committed to supporting students, PhD candidates and postdocs in preparing for their future careers. Today, its services extend to the entire EPFL community, with a clear goal: to enhance employability and promote the personal and professional development of everyone.
